Code violation case files fall within the definition of a public record and are subject to public disclosure. The identities of complainants will be held as confidential unless ordered to be released by a judge of a court of record.

Code Violation Complaints are handled Monday through Thursday, 8AM to 6PM except for holidays. This form should NOT be used to report any kind of emergency. Report emergencies to 911 immediately.
