You can use the form below to submit a request for a Public Works Inspection. Requests are limited to items shown on the “Type of Inspection” check fields provided on the form. Please e-mail any additional questions or comments to us at PublicWorks@palmsprings-ca.gov.

All of the fields in the form marked by are required fields. Please fill out the information completely and submit the service request. Your inspection will be scheduled for the next business day.

Pubic Works inspections are handled Monday through Friday, 7AM to 3PM except for holidays.
